The foundation leads a proactive concept that identifies needs that arise among health foundations and community units – and produces a series of comprehensive solutions nationwide, an additional and complementary layer for public health services in Israel.
The late Ruth (Ruthie) Vrobel (Nee Schneider) – a wife, mother, and sister – loved so much by her family and all her acquaintances lived her life according to the spirit of the foundation named after her in 2003 when founded. She was such a positive thinker and had an unwavering belief in human nature and people’s ability to cope with life’s challenges.

Einat has many years of experience in communications and media in various senior positions. After 17 years, she started working as a project manager in the world of health and mental well-being, emphasizing social impact.

CEO of the Foundation
Daphna brings a wealth of experience from the health and medical marketing sectors, with a proven track record in managing products and leading team at pharmaceutical and medical device companies in Israel. As the manager of the Israeli Epilepsy Association (ILA), she significantly expanded the organization’s scope and impact.
In the past two and a half years, Daphna has spearheaded numerous projects as the Assistant to the Head of the Council in Karnei Shomron, focusing on public health promotion and environmental quality.

Danielle has extensive experience in project management, sales, and administrative management in pharmaceutical, insurance, medical equipment, high-tech, and sports. “I joined the foundation following a true call and desire to have a real impact on society, to take meaningful action to create change for the better.”
